You’ve
gotten your certificate, had some basic
coach training, working on
your ICF credential – now what?
Several of your colleagues
have asked me how they could continue to improve their coaching skills
and participate in ongoing training.
So I have answered the
call!
In January ,
I will be facilitating ONGOING COACHING SKILLS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM …a focused group
for trained coaches who are serious about continuing their education
and elevating themselves as professionals.
At each session you will
get coaching from me as well as support from other trained coaches like
yourself.

- Practice coaching in action
every week: bring a real time situation
- Answer your questions on how
to integrate the skills you have learned
- Introduce client challenges
and get feedback from the group
- Observe your peers as they
coach
- Learn the skills required
to feel very confident as a professional
